xxpedient was set up by Robert Pralle to publish the translation Twentieth-Century Profiles, a collection of portraits from the French press.
More recently he has written a biography of Georges Clemenceau. Both titles are available in printed format, as are two of his translations published by SportsBooks – Memories of the Open Sea by Eric Tabarly, and Rugby & Art : Jean-Pierre Rives in conversation with Richard Escot.
From the other side of the Rhine now comes xxpedient's own sports book. The official translation of Günter Netzer's autobiography, Wembley 1972, is also available in printed format.
